Trucking company settles for $1 million after collision with off-duty Santa and wife;

reportThe firm negotiated a settlement of $1 million for a Georgia couple injured in a trucking collision. After the March 25, 2011 collision that occurred on Interstate 75, Mary and Larry Bramlett sued the responsible company to cover the cost of property damage and physical injuries resulting from the accident. At the time of the accident, the couple was hauling their Harley-Davidson motorcycles, both of which were damaged. Physical injuries caused by the accident made it necessary for both Mary and Larry to undergo back surgery. The final settlement was agreed upon in April of 2013.
