This firm represented a construction worker who was erecting a steel rafter at a construction site in Conyers, Georgia. The firm’s Client fell from the top of the approximate two-story building when the rafters began racking or shifting.

The Plaintiff’s contended that an independent sub-contractor was responsible for the racking or shifting by negligently securing the columns which supported the rafters. As a result, this injury occurred.
