Forsyth County’s Highway 20 closed for 2 hours

A head-on collision between a box truck and a Comcast Xfinity van forced the deputies of Forsyth County, Georgia to shut down Highway 20 for 2 hours on Tuesday, September 15th.

Emergency crews were able to reach the driver of the wrecked truck and immediately put him in an ambulance. Deputies with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office reported that while the drivers of both vehicles sustained injuries, the damages are minor and they will fortunately survive the crash.

WSB-TV also reported that Deputy Epifino Rodriguez mentioned that while it was a head-on collision, the cause of the accident is still being investigated.
